May. 27th, 2003 10:21 pmGIP!
Because I got my KoS DVD today, and watched it, and realized something profound: Hisoka is really, really pretty. As is Tsuzuki. Like Wow.
But not Muraki. He makes my boys cry. Rapists are just not sexy.
But back to Tsuzuki and Hisoka. They're pretty. And they're even prettier together.
So I made an icon to commemorate this wonderful fact. Plus, I'd almost gone a whole day without wasting time, and we can't have that.

Date: 2003-05-27 08:13 pm (UTC)Of course Hisoka is a perty little man. That's the whole point. The two of them are chock full of shoujo manga-ey goodness, which means they must look their finest at all times.
And Muraki still makes me scream at the screen, especially during that stupid poker game. Garh, evil bastard, garh!

Date: 2003-05-27 08:24 pm (UTC)And oh! I must make screencaps of the split-second scene where Tsubaki-hime bangs on their door in the morning. You can see Tsuzuki with a toothbrush in his mouth, and Hisoka's sitting behind him reading a newspaper. Whheeeeee, cute domesticity!
Muraki. Grrr. I can't take it when he makes them cry, it forces me to make incoherent comments and threats.

Date: 2003-05-27 09:57 pm (UTC)I can't get one of this without Hisoka being fuzzy... sigh.
Awww, lookit them. Doesn't it make you want to write cute morning stories with them sharing coffee and such? And I'm disgustinly fluffy, aren't I?

Date: 2003-05-27 10:09 pm (UTC)And dude, I totally thought that was a fork hanging out of Tsuzuki's mouth or something when I saw it capped. O.O I think maybe Kwan had one of that second one or something...

Date: 2003-05-27 10:41 pm (UTC)Gah! Where are the DVD's? What's taking them?!

Date: 2003-05-27 11:10 pm (UTC)Btw, curtain fic? Never heard that phrase before *the stupid gaijin talks*
no subject
Date: 2003-05-27 11:22 pm (UTC)Anyway, it just means any fic where the couple does something simple and everyday and ordinary, like shopping for groceries or paying bills or, obviously, buying curtains. Some people hate them, because they're "boring", but Tsu/His is making me discover my love for them.

Date: 2003-05-28 01:16 am (UTC)But, yeah, I wasn't into curtain fics, but it would be so must-kill-puppies-and-kitties cute between Tsuzuki and Hisoka. And their lives are already weird enough, being normal to them is just another type of weird. (Did anyone else find it cute that Hisoka was buying groceries in the anime, Kyoto arc?)
Psst, Tsuzuki, go for the floral print. The floral print, I say!
And I want to see a fic on what the side characters (or random others) thought about Hisoka keeping a lowly dealer with him in his VIP room.

Date: 2003-05-29 01:40 am (UTC)Re:
Date: 2003-05-29 05:16 pm (UTC)Or the fact that there appears to be only one bed in that VIP room...
Or Tsuzuki's pretty, pretty sweatshirt, the only time he's not in a uniform, which is obviously the influence of Hisoka...
Well, gee, there's all sorts of fun plotholes in this arc! ;)

Date: 2003-05-30 01:36 am (UTC)Me: (rewatching the KoS arc, trying to tick off every possible angle of that room) Yess! There's no way they could fit another bed in there!
Friend I Roped Into It: Whatever. Can we watch the poker game again?
Actually, the biggest plothole is that pane of glass that suddenly appears between Muraki and Tsuzuki after Muraki's already SHOT through that area... but that's not a fun plothole. That's a 'what crack was she on?' plothole. -_-;;
And does the sweatshirt actually count as a full-blown plothole?
Re:
Date: 2003-05-30 10:30 am (UTC)And, well, it probably doesn't actually count as a plothole. But it's still fun to think about, and that's all that really matters.
The sheet of glass thing was on crack. It's a weird idea to start off with, and then it goes and seems to randomly be there at some times and not at other times. Pshaw. I want only the fun, yaoi-y plotholes. ;)

Date: 2003-05-27 09:31 pm (UTC)But I do like that icon *ogles the Bootay* ...Gonna make a companion Tsuzuki one?
And I have a thing for men in suits. Guess how happy I'll be when I get the dvd and can ogle the Tuxedo!Hisoka ^_~ *sigh* at least I have much Trenchcoat!Tsuzuki already.

Date: 2003-05-27 10:05 pm (UTC)And I wasn't planning on making a Tsuzuki one... but you can, if you want!

Date: 2003-05-27 10:20 pm (UTC)And yeah, Hisoka is perty. Very perty. Painfully so. In all ways. Even more so than Tsuzuki (who's not too shabby either I might add).

Date: 2003-05-27 10:38 pm (UTC)Oh! In the pop-up video thing, it keeps commenting on how good Tsuzuki looks in his pretty sweatshirt thing. You know, the 'grrr' one. It cracked me up. Everyone loves the shirt!
Re:
Date: 2003-05-27 10:44 pm (UTC)Yay, randomness.
no subject
Date: 2003-05-27 10:59 pm (UTC)But randomness is good! Especially randomness that involves Hisoka pulling Tsuzuki out of a shirt. Just look up in the comments and you'll see me being random just about the fact that there was a scene with Tsuzuki brushing his teeth and Hisoka reading a newspaper. Like a couple! So! Cute!
