I'd really like to offer something help_pakistan, but, well, I can't think of anything. Does anyone have ideas for something I do that people would pay for?

Well, the obvious answer is fic, but I assume you've already thought of that. How about little souvenirs and/or postcards from NYC? That might be fun.

I don't know, I just feel weird offering fic! It's been so long since I wrote anything, and I don't know if my style would appeal to a lot of people? Maybe I am just being needlessly paranoid, since clearly a lot of other people offer fic and it works out for them.

I can assure you that a number of people would be willing pay you for fic. I did a quick survey, and it seems that 50% of the inhabitants of my apartment would pay for your fic. (Don't take it personally, my cat doesn't read much fanfic.)

If you worry about fic (although you shouldn't:)), maybe a postcard from some of your journeys? Even Cardiff counts, I think, and you write wonderful postcards (I love getting postcards from you--they're detailed and interesting, with great pictures actually corresponding with a message!).
