My computer

I'm taking my computer in to a store today, because it'll be easier and cheapier to have them reinstall Windows for me than trying to find the many versions I'll need myself. Which is good! But. I'm not going to get it back until Tuesday or so.

I can't live without a computer for that long! And, alright, it's not seriously that much of a problem, because I can always just go to one of the computer labs. But it's not the same!

Man do I know that feeling!

When I labtop crashed I called the lcoation that I bought it from since I had taken an isurance policy from them.

They suggest I call HP since that's where my laptop is from. The guy I talk to is super nice but doens't help at all, instead he says that there's like a $40 charge. >_>

He didn't bill me tho since in the end what he suggested didn't help at all. I took it to my original place of purchase and gave it in. It seems that my Windows was malfunction cause I burned out my HD, and i'd had the BRAND-NEW laptop for 10 months! 0_0

Suffice it to say it was a hard 2 weeks, but it worked out in the end and I didn't have to pay a cent since it was covered by my insurance plan!

So er . . . ya, I feel your pain! *ow* XD

Ah, lucky you, to get it fixed for free! Though I'm glad that mine won't be away for two whole weeks, at least.
