You know, I see memes like this, and I think: 'That's fishing for compliments, begging for attention, and kinda shallow'. But then, I'm kinda shallow, and enjoy compliments and attention. So it's a perfect fit.

And also? I have a suspicion that "No Missionary Zeal" did not get fussed over nearly as much as it deserved, at least in public. I think that was true of many stories written for the challenge, but it still sort of annoys me in this particular case. And I beta'd, so I couldn't wave my arms around and demand people make a fuss; but I wish I could have.

Hee, thank you. I think part of the problem was that all the stories went up at once; that makes it hard to read more than one or two. And I certaintly can't complain, because I haven't even begun to read through them. But thank you! I think, when I get around to it, I'll post it on one of the main Saiyuki fic communities, so it might end up with more attention, anyway.
