pellaz: You know the meme where you ask people to respond so you can tell them how cool they are? But no one ever does it because they don't want to seem like attention whores, right? So here's a different one: Name one of the people on my f-list that you've seen around this journal and maybe wondered about. I will tell you why they rock my socks, your socks, and possibly why you should friend them.
I *love* this idea. I was just complaining about I can never do the tell-me-how-cool-I-am meme, and everyone responding to my last meme said they wanted to know the people I was describing, so... ask away!

Date: 2005-01-26 03:38 am (UTC)She was terribly active in BtVS fandom for a long while, which was where I picked her up. She ran sites such as Pretty Pieces of Paper (http://www.ficbitch.com/pretty), an icon/wallpaper site which is currently down, and Fists and Fangs (http://fangedfour.com/fangs), which is the main Spike site and is now run by someone else. She also wrote wonderful fic, particularly Many Loves (http://www.fangedfour.com/fangs/), a giant epic of a fic that covers everything from Spike's turning up to the end of Season 5. She co-wrote Days of Our Unlives (http://www.ficbitch.com/daysofourunlives) with Kita, a Spike/Angel series that is one of the funniest things I have ever read.
This year she started grad school and got married, and so is too busy to do many fandom related things, or even post very often, but she's always interesting when she does. Especially if you like Shakespeare, which is what she's studying.

Date: 2005-01-27 04:08 am (UTC)And no, I haven't, but thanks for the link! Though, you know, I was really more into the Sentinel for the fandom and people than the actual fic or characters. Blair and Jim aren't really the type of pairing I usually go for. But I'll totally look her up! ^^

She's also a good place to find new music, or occasionally concert or movie or TV reviews. I always find something to read, watch or listen to when she posts.
