Drabble #2

For imbrii, who said: "May I have a ClubSoka drabble? Preferably one tying into "Junkie" by Poe, but the ClubSoka part is what I'd like to see." And of course it's okay, dear, especially since you even gave me a ClubSoka song. I'm always looking for more of those. I'm not sure how well this tied into it, but I tried.

And this is 150 words instead of 100, because ClubSoka is a greedy bastard.



Hisoka’s drunk. He knows this, in a distant, fuzzy, sort of way. The people around him seem loud and bright, and he laughs, for no reason. Someone puts an arm around his waist and hands him a cup. He leans back without looking and takes it. “What’s this?”

“Does it matter?” Hisoka recognizes the voice. It’s the man who won’t leave him alone, who watches him always with those violet- violent- eyes.

Hisoka drinks it. It burns, stronger than he’s used to. He turns and pulls the man down for a kiss, grinding his hips against him. People watch them. The man’s hands stutter a beat against his back, embarrassed, before settling on Hisoka’s cheeks, titling his face up to look at him. Hisoka licks his lips, opens his mouth. The man takes the cup as Hisoka wraps his arms around him. The glass is cool against his skin, later.

I take no resposbility for the actions of my characters. They are both utter dorks, and need to hurry up and tell each other their names, so I can stop writing 'the man', for the love of baby Jesus.
