brigdhWoooo! Today's my birthday, and I am now 19! That's, like, an adult. Kinda. Yeah, and all you oldies on my friends list can shut up. It is too an adult.
This morning was not a good start to a new year, because I was riding an elevator and it broke down, trapping me and a few other people. But it was okay, because I'm not claustrophobic or anything, and we were rescued within five minutes. So I wasn't even late to class! Of course, you could argue that that wasn't really a good thing. I mean, what better excuse could you have for missing class than that you were stuck on an elevator?
But the rest of the day has been very good. I have no homework! Whoo! (Well, except for an entire novel I have to read, a three page report to do on it, and about a hundred pages of textbook reading, but none of that is due until Tuesday, so it doesn't count.) And someone complimented me on my new jacket. I am so shallow, y'all. Flattery makes me so happy.
Oh! And other goodness: I have a hair-cut appointment for Saturday, which I've been wanting to do for weeks now. And I have a picture of just what I want my hair to look like and everything. Squuuueeee!!
I think I maybe need to drink less caffine.
