5.03-5.08: It's odd; I could have sworn that I hadn't seen any of Season 5 before I started watching it, but apparently I've seen way more of it than I remembered. Certainly I saw at least all of these episodes. I keep thinking, "Oh, this must have been the last one I watched", and then I'll recognize part of the next episode. It's also weird how patchy my memory is: some plotlines I remember every beat of, and others I've completely forgotten.
Things I still love: that this show does Halloween episodes! I'm not generally a huge fan of holiday-themed episodes, but I love Parks & Rec's commitment to Halloween so much. Death Canoe! Ben and Leslie have the best proposal ever, and I really like the Ron/Diane relationship. The Eagleton rivalry is always hilarious.
