Argh!
Sorry to hear you're feeling ill.
I've only had food poisoning once in my life and I thought I was going to vomit up my toenails it was so bad. Serves me right for eating an eggplant sandwhich at a Planet Hollywood in Rome, Italy. Don't ask.
