Obama keeps texting me. He didn't used to, you know; after the election I don't think we talked for months. Though, on second thought, that may be because I was in a different country and so was not using my US cellphone.

But he's getting really desperate! Two texts so far today. And one of them was asking me to sign Sotomayor's "virtual cast". Obama! I am not 12. My cellphone is not MySpace. Please to be keeping these facts in mind.

What I can't figure out is why he stopped trying to get with me right after the election and moved on to you. Remember those 3am pages on my phone that kept waking us up?

I do! I think it may have to do with how one signed up for the text-messages; I seem to remember that there were a couple of different options for what kinds of texts one wanted, and we must have picked different versions.

Ha, yeah, there's a ton. But I get so much email from random mail-lists anyway, Obama's doesn't stand out.
