Now that I've finally gotten around to paying for my usericons, I have new, extra spaces! Wheee. Because 115 icons just was not enough.

I really want a New York icon. But I cannot find one, and though I am usually competent enough to make any icon I want, google images has not provided me with any good photos. Does anyone want to be terribly kind and point out some icons that already exist, so I can be lazy and use those?

Speaking of New York (most labored segue ever), I need to clean my room so that I can entertain visitors. No: I really, really need to clean my room. It looks like a bomb exploded in here. Um, if they made bombs out of clothes and loose sheets of journal articles.

Oh, I don't want to go to class today. I'm very tired. Let's all just take a nap instead of working; I think it would be a very productive day.

By any chance, did you get any recommendations of a piercing place? Since I have no idea if I'd need to make an appointment to go to one or just show up.

I did- I hear really good things about Andromeda (http://www.andromeda-nyc.com/studio-frames.html), the one on St. Mark's Place. I can't find anything on their website about whether or not you need an appointment; I think most places don't require them for piercings, though you could call and make sure.

Oh, that would raudienceequire more thought than I've put into this. Something that would be recognizable to a general auidence, I suppose, as the reason I want one is because I keep finding myself talking about it, and it wouldn't quite have the same effect if it was a pretty but unknown corner or building or whatever.

The subway mosaics would make gorgeous icons, by the way. Are you looking for any specific station's, or have you not picked a favorite yet?

The two Central Park websites have some good pictures too; of the park of course, but I remember seeing a few nice shots of the city from the park somewhere.

They don't have any shots around areas which I would like to examine for feasibility of having sex without being noticed if no one is that close. At least, not that I could find after a bit of browsing. I mean, why don't they have anything useful?

Hee. Damn website admistrators; they never know what's really important. However, not knowing what parts you're looking at specifically, I can say that it would be generally pretty easy to find a place to have sex in Central Park, as long as you're not too close to the Merry-Go-Round or one of the other more popular places.
