I have no idea what it's supposed to be, but I love this graffiti.

I love how the tops of buildings disappear when it gets cloudy.

Why is there a statue of Cervantes in the dead-end back alley that leads to the graduate students' financial office? Feel free to offer suggestions, because I have not yet managed to come up with a plausible explanation.

The reason the light looks fuzzy is because there was actually immense amounts of snow falling. There was this massive blizzard Friday night, but since it was at 3am and only lasted for half an hour, I think I'm the only one who noticed. This is the view out of my window, by the way, because I was not going outside in that kind of weather.

Of course, there was no snow left by the next day.

Y'all, I have not even begun the paper that's due tomorrow. But livejournal is so tempting!

Because Cervantes used to be a tax collector?

Ha! I didn't know that. I wonder if that's actually the explanation; it would be pretty funny.

Huh. I was going to say that it's because getting financial aid is reminiscent of tilting at windmills. Or possibly even the whole grad school experience is...

The grafitti looks like a puzzled mummy scratching the back of its head, to me.

I also like how the buildings fade into the clouds. Pretty.

I'm also going with how getting FinAid is similar to tilting at windmills.

*laughs* Dude, that is an even better explanation.

Also, I really like your icon.

Hee! I can see that. I always think it looks like a gorilla making a fist.

I adore the windmills explanation.
