Computer Woes, Part 380,985,094
Apr. 3rd, 2006 08:59 pmI've finally given in to the inevitable and have decided to go ahead and convince someone to buy for my birthday get a new copy of Windows. However, it turns out you can't simply buy Windows XP. No, you have to buy Windows 98, and then get the XP upgrade.
*insert scream of rage here*
Also, people are talking about each other's icons in the comments to my story, but not the actual story, so I keep getting new comments and getting excited and then being disapointed. It's a cycle of woe!
But in better news, it's my birthday next week, on the 10th! I'll be 22. If anyone would like to send me a card or something, my address is up here (yes, it's under a filter. I'm not quite comfortable with giving my address out to the entire internet). Don't feel obligated, but I thought I'd mention it.
