fst is depressing me. It's request month, and I want to play, but when my computer crashed last month, I lost all my music. Someone's requested a Sanzo fst! And one for Gaiden! I had soundtracks three-fourths finished for both of those, and now not only do I have to try and hunt down the mp3s again, I've forgotten what some of the songs were.

And there's been requests for a cyberpunk fst, and The Boondocks, and the Farseer trilogy, and...

Man, I have the worst timing for computer crashes ever.

But I'm no longer sick, and therefore have the energy and attention span of a fucking hummingbird. Which is lots of fun when all I need to do is bounce from one wall to another, but it's not particularly useful in writing papers which is obviously why I'm updating livejournal again.

...I think I'm going to need to go dancing tonight.

I can't remember whose music meme it was that I forgot to respond to, but it might have been yours - a little Matthew Good, a little Kate Rusby, somewhere around? If I can get some time in this weekend, I'd be happy to foist some things on you, here and there. (Taste might be an issue in some areas, as I'll be the first to admit, I have lots of... well, crap. But it's crap available for the asking, should you fancy.)

Hmmm. I don't think that was me, because I haven't done a music meme in quite some time. But! I always love getting new music, so feel free to send me whatever you'd like anyway, if you have the time. And don't worry about taste- I can always delete what I don't like, after all. *grins*

Every time you mention your crash I give a little sympathetic shudder and feel like crossing myself or something. You know, I keep on wanting to start up a music-sharing based meme, but a girl has got to know her limitations and figuring out how to word memes is just beyond me ^^

Heh, thank you. I should have had my stuff backed up, so a lot of it's my own fault, but it's still frustrating.

Yep! I've read everything by her. Well, not the stuff she published as Lindholm, or whatever her other pen name is, but everything under Robin Hobb.
