Does anyone else watch The Boondocks? 'Cause last night was all kinds of awesome. The "happy trees" painter from that old PBS show in a shoot-out with the police. It was like my childhood on acid. So much love.

Yes, the 'joyful little trees' was cute. XD Riley always has the most fun, doesn't he?

And I still don't understand what was with the 'black TV' experiment. O.O

Of course, I was sewing at the time and half watching it. XD

The sad thing is I think Bob Ross, the happy tree man, died a few years back. One of my friends from school (God, that was so long ago) made an Art Club T-Shirt with a characterization of him on it saying, "Happy Trees". It was cute. :3

Never minding that this same guy was arrested for pulling a gun on a school bus, and then ran into me at Wal-Mart and begged for me to believe he didn't do it.

I love Riley. The black TV thing was a shortened version of a plotline in the comic a while back. it worked better in there, mainly because they devoted more space to it. It didn't really have enough time in the episode to work.

Yeah, I'd heard that. I think he had cancer. But he was already pretty old on the show, and that was on, what, ten years ago? Fifteen? So I suppose it's not terrible surprising. But it's sad; he was so cool.

Yes, I've been watching to The Boondocks with my dad. He LOVES the show. When I told him about at first he thought it was a sterotypical black show but when he saw it he now watches it religiously.

Riley is such a cute lil thug-wannabe.

I love the Boondocks. I've been reading the comic for years, so I was ecstatic when the show came out.
