Wishlist meme
Dec. 15th, 2005 01:43 amOh, yeah, so I forgot to say this in my last post: I found out I've been accepted into one of the places where I applied to graduate school, so yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
I found this out when the professor I'd wanted to work with called me to let me know; the funny part is that I nearly didn't answer the phone. He came up as 'UNKNOWN' on my caller id, and I wasn't in the mood to talk to the telemarketer/wrong number I'd thought it was, but I rolled my eyes and answered anyway. So, uh, good thing!
That holiday wishlist meme:
1. Extra icon space. Once upon a time, three icons was enough. And then I got a paid account as a gift, and I found that I couldn't give up having fifteen. And now I need even more.
2. Personalized icons! Because I love them. I assume you all know my characters and fandoms.
3. Fic/fanart is always wonderful, and will get you lots and lots of love.
4. Music. Recs or mp3s or playlists: it's all good.
5. Book recommendations.
6. ...yeah, I can't come up with ten of these.
And randomly, I would appreciate it if going on break meant actually going on break, instead of just stopping classes in favor of working nearly thirty hours a week and trying to keep up with frantic emails and fellowships and whatever. I would like a few days in which to not do anything at all.
