brigdhI wrote another thousand words today (which I've been very good about doing daily for over a week now, though I haven't always posted about it. Because really there's only so many times you can say 'I wrote a thousand words!' and have it be interesting. And that number of times is one.), and I finished the scene I was working on!
*has mass hysterics and DIES*
No, really. I have been working on this scene for mumblesmonthsmumbles an embarrassing amount of time, and now I am finally DONE! Done! Done! *cackles* Of course it's all first-drafty, and I'm sure I'll go on to rewrite it an obscene amount of times, but I don't care. Because, for me, the hardest part is usually writing that first draft, getting down all the basic ideas and figuring out characterizations and feelings and actions. And later I can go back and change a few things, make it sound prettier, but for now: DONE! *cackles*
And that means I get to move on. To the next scene. Which I have absolutely no idea of how I want to play out. ^^;;;

But yay to finishing the scene, and Sephy said something about getting your beta done tomorrow even if it meant chaining her to her computer chair. (In that way in which the chaining thing was my add in, but you have to admit it'd be efficient...) ::snugs::

And cool, but she can take as much time as she likes, really. It doesn't bother me. Though maybe, possibly, I have *cough*become paranoid-that-she-read-it-and-hated-it-and-is-trying-to-think-of-a-nice-way-to-tell-me-that-for-the-good-of-humanity-I-should-never-write-again-not-even-an-LJ-post-not-even-on-AIM-never-never-never-BAD*cough* Just maybe. Possibly. ^^;
