Stuck at 20 myself. Yay, I'm a genius. But I was stuck at less than that and went away and looked at it a little later and figured out more. So I can probably do a little bit better.

Cultural bias indeed. Although I got two by guessing the pattern; I had no idea the numbers belonged to the answer, but the words ended up being correct.

Whoops, I should have been clearer. I did get number 20, but I can't get past 20 out of 33 (though actually, I figured out some more and am now stuck at 22).

I'm trying the "ignore it for a while and then come back" approach myself right now.

I've done the same with a few of these, since several of them are similar. All the time ones, for instance- once you get one of those, it's much easier to see the others in the pattern.
