I desperately do not want to write the paper due today. I don't know why, particularly, I just... blah. I am so not in the mood for academic writing.

I can't help with the paper, other than to offer my sympathy. That business of having to focus on something that your brain is desperately shying away from is a complete misery.

But I can rave about the drabbles, which are wonderful. I love the complexity of the relationship, and that it's not easy for either one of them but that they're trying as hard as they can anyway; that being together doesn't fix everything by magic, but that's all right, because they don't need it to.

And, of course, that poor Tsuzuki still doesn't believe he deserves for this to work out.

Aw, thank you. Generally, if I'm this violently apathetic, I will just do something else for a while. It usually works; an hour wasted on livejournal is more than made up for by how much easier it is to work afterwards. And then sometimes that plan just leads to days like today, when the paper was due in two hours and I had half of it written.
