How do you know if you've gotten in to a project that's nothing but your kinks and ideas, with no interest to anyone else?

Honestly? I've no idea. My ability to judge that is long gone after years of art films, manga with talking penii and cracked-out doujinshi. I can say with some conviction that any crazy idea you can come up with will be of interest to someone.

This is possibly why I love LJ so much as a way of interacting with fandom. My flist will stop me before I go over the edge. Or, at least, go along with the ride. :D
