Yay, break

Mmmmmmm. Break is nice. Yes.

I've been more or less sleeping all day, only getting up to go nap in another room. And it's raining, has been all day, and I'm sure it's fairly cold outside, but I have no need to leave the house. So I am warm. And there is rain.

I like rain. Rain makes good sleepy-days. Everything stays all grey and dim, and it feels like early morning even if it's really four in the afternoon. And the sounds of rain... the drips and pitter-patters and rumble of thunder, and the distant whoosh of cars as they speed through puddles. It's the perfect soundtrack for napping.

*melts into a big happy puddle of ambitionless goo*
